Shipping Times and RatesOnce an order is placed, it is our top priority to process and dispatch your items as swiftly as possible. Generally, an order is processed within 24 to 48 hours. The delivery timeline after shipment, however, may depend on the carrier and destination. The standard timeline for domestic deliveries is 3-5 business days, whereas for international deliveries, it may take up to 7-10 business days. Rates may vary based on the weight of the parcel and the delivery destination. All these specifics will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.
Preferred Local CarriersOf course, we understand our customers’ unique requirements and are flexible if you want us to dispatch orders using your preferred local carriers. If you would like us to do this, kindly provide the carrier details during the checkout process so we can arrange accordingly.
International ShippingFor customers located outside our domestic territories, we are delighted to offer international shipping options. Please note the customs, taxes, and duties are not included in the shipping fee and they are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times for international shipping are generally between 7-10 days. However, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures that are beyond our control.
Track Your OrderOnce your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. This number will allow you to track your parcel throughout its journey. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the carrier to update their systems with your tracking information.
Shipping InsuranceShipping insurance is optional but highly recommended for protecting your purchase during transit. If you choose to add shipping insurance and your package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, you will be eligible for a full refund or item replacement, at your option.
Address AccuracyPlease ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. Inaccurate delivery addresses may lead to unsuccessful deliveries and additional charges for re-delivery attempts. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to inaccurate address information.
Failed Delivery AttemptsIf the carrier makes an unsuccessful delivery attempt, they will usually try to deliver again on the next business day. After two unsuccessful attempts, your package will be held locally for pickup. After certain days, the package could be returned to us which would result in additional costs for reshipment.
Holiday and Weekend Shipments
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Additional delays may be expected during peak season or extreme weather conditions. We recommend our customers to order well in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
